Sophie Nuber

I am a climate and marine geochemist interested in climatic change and influence of climatic change on marine ecosystems. Here in Taiwan, I am working towards the development of a past bleaching proxy using coral skeleton and nitrogen isotopes. In the past, my research has also focused on reconstructing sea surface temperature, sea surface salinity, ice volume and pH from foraminifera across the Pleistocene, and the Mid-Pleistocene transition.
